About Arise Virtual Solutions

Logic Wizards Ltd. Co. invoices each contractor at $1/ service hour each pay period. This deducted amount covers fees charged to Our Company by Arise Virtual Solutions as well as our operational costs. No payroll taxes are deducted from Agent’s pay (1099 taxes are the responsibility of each Agent). There are no administrative fees charged for CSPs not enrolled in a Client Opportunity

We hire Independent Contractors only. It does not cost to apply for a position or to create your agent profile (once your application is approved).
Our clients do require each Individual agent to become certified in the tools and resources needed to service the client, which requires certification training. As an Independent Contractor, you are responsible for your certification training cost and any equipment needed to service. The great thing as an Independent Contractor you are able to write off any expenses on your taxes. This is an investment in being in complete control of your work, money, and hours.
A background check is required and is $9.99 plus processing fee. Client Certification training cost can range from $19.99 to $250 depending on the Client (this fee is charged by the Client through Arise Virtual Solution, it is not charged by Logic Wizards Ltd. Co.). Training sessions can cost between $9.99- $250, depending on the Client. We also offer Certification Reimbursement up to $99 for qualifying agents (conditions solely based on the Arise Referral program).

We offer contract- only remote opportunities to Customer Service Professionals across the U.S.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to accept contractors from the following states: California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon,

Cell phones are not permitted. All remote agents would be using either a landline phone service or VOIP depending on the client program. WiFi connections are also not permitted for use on the Arise platform. All agents must be hardwired (ethernet connection) to their internet modem.

Once you have completed your profile you are able to select from one of our client opportunities at any point to start the certification training. Some client training courses can be 8 to 10 weeks long.

A CSP is a Customer Service Professional that is contracted with Logic Wizards Ltd. Co. and certified by Arise Virtual Solutions to provide services from home.

If you are already registered as an agent on the Arise platform and have an IBO, you must contact your current IBO and asked to be released. Once released you will be able to join our call center.

Certification is typically 4 hours per day. 9a-1p or 6p-10p. Some Clients offer additional Client times. Certification is held in a virtual classroom similar to a Zoom meeting with an Instructor and other students on the Arise Virtual Solutions portal website. An agent’s time spent on certification training is unpaid. Certification training prepares Customer Service Professionals to take customer calls, policies, systems, etc.

We are looking for individuals ready to work to service our client’s needs. Once you have joined our company we do expect all remote agents to enroll in a client opportunity within 30 days. If you need an extension or guidance, please feel free to contact us.

As we only hire Independent Contractors, there are no health benefits such as medical, dental, health insurance, etc. In addition, Independent Contractors do not qualify for unemployment benefits or like services.

We are a STEM & Business Development agency partnered with Arise Virtual Solutions to host remote customer service working opportunities.

Seamless HR, payroll, training, and self- help integrations on our end make working from home a lot easier for you.
We provide a self-paced Free CSP 101 Training course that includes tutorials and documents to help our agents become successful agents. Also on our Facebook, we host live Q & A Session on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month, and we respond to all emails within 2-3 business days.
Our open-door policy means lines of communication for resources are ALWAYS open at Logic Wizards.

Logic Wizards Ltd. Co. hires Independent Contractors only. Remote agents choose their own hours (in 30 minute increments) and can choose the amount of hours they work each week. Each agent is required to work a minimum of 15 hours per week.

The pay rate varies by each client. Client programs pay range between $8.50 to $ 15.00 per hour + potential bonuses. Agents are compensated via Direct Deposit on the 1st and 15th of each month.
